Whether you are a college athlete returning home for the summer or a local professional in your 20s or 30s looking for high-level competition, Royal Rambler Rugby offers the most intense 7s circuit in the region.

Our program is built for athletes who refuse to slow down. From college football players sharpening their open-field skills to seasoned rugby veterans maintaining their edge, the Royal Rambler 7s program provides elite coaching, top-tier fitness, and a professional environment.

2026 Summer 7s Season

  • Who: Athletes ages 18 to 35+. Whether you are a college standout or a local club player, we have a place for you. No prior rugby experience is required for elite athletes—we provide the technical coaching; you provide the athleticism.

  • Practice Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Starts April 30th

  • Location: Woodson Park, 4301 Calvert Ave, St. Louis, MO 63134

  • The Circuit: We compete in the MRFU Summer 7s Series, plus premier stops like Bellevegas 7s, Show Me Games, Block Party 7s and Frontier Qualifier 7s.
